  • This delicious and fiery Raki is a pure double distillate, made from grape marc (leftover skins, seeds, pulp, after the crushing of grapes for wine).
  • It is made fresh every autumn.
  • This Raki is made from indigenous grapes usually a blend of “Tahta”, “Liatiko” and “Kotsifali”

 QUALITY: DS Distilleries is one of the few distilleries in Crete that produce and bottle their own raki, from their own vineyards. This  guarantees the premium quality of the content 

 Cretan raki has come to represent the famous Cretan hospitality “filoxenia” as long as it is served along with the treat to the guests. It is traditionally consumed either in the morning before heading to the fields, or after a long day's physical work, together with wild greens such as artichoke or nuts.
