A fresh clean crisp Grecian white from the Peloponnese with low alcohol (11.5%) and quite dry but gentle flavour. Made largely from the local roditis grape with indigenous lagourthi and muscat. Located near Patras, Cavino is a dynamic family winery which was founded in 1958 and in 1999 the vineyard - Domain Mega Spileo was completely replanted with local and international grape varieties - from mavrodafne and assyrtiko to syrah and riesling. The Ionos range is unoaked, fresh and gentle. Forget old conceptions about Retsina - this is delicate, herby certainly with pine flavours, but fruity and moreish. Made from superior roditis grapes, organically cultivated, fermented in traditional clay jars (pitharia) from Crete with wild yeast but totally without the oxidation familiar to Greek café retsina. The vineyards of Tetramythos lie on the slopes of Mount Helmos, 450-1000m above sea level on limestone soil. Here the Mediterranean sun is less harsh and freshness is retained in the grapes.?

Relatively low alcohol (12.5%) multi-prize winning fresh and fruity white wine

Made from the indigenous Malagouzia grape variety; a light yellow wine, complex aromatic palette of fine white flowers and fruits, like peach, apricot and orange. Excellent balance in mouth with lingering aftertaste. Served at 10 - 12 °C, it pairs up well with seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, pasta, cheese and salads.

Robola is an increasingly rare noble variety that thrives in the upper slopes of Kefalonia's imposing Mount Ainos. GENTILINI ROBOLA
Made entirely from Robola of Kefalonia, an increasingly
rare, ungrafted, noble grape variety. The grapes are sourced from high-altitude, extremely lowyielding vineyards within the PDO zone. Quantities are limited to 30,000 bottles each year.
A fresh, vivacious, crisp white wine, which expresses all the mineral and citrus characteristics
of this unique variety.
Complex, balanced and dry, with an orange blossom nose and long finish, this wine is a
perfect partner for seafood and oysters.
